Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Enrolled university students who are in good physical health, maintain regular daily routines, have no chronic diseases, and do not engage in unhealthy habits such as smoking or excessive alcohol consumption.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude individuals with severe sleep disorders, vestibular dysfunction (prone to motion sickness), a history of skin allergies, or a history of mental and neurological disorders.
