5 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Skin prick test (>=++) or serum specific immunoglobulin E (sIgE) to diagnose dust mite positivity; 2. Age range of 5 to 60 years old; 3. Complete clinical data; 4. Continuously receive AIT for at least 6 months; 5. Patients and their families provide informed consent and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not cooperating with follow-up visits; 2. Multiple interruptions in treatment; 3. Existence of tumors or mental abnormalities; 4. Severe uncontrollable asthma or irreversible respiratory obstructive diseases; 5. Has cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and is currently taking beta blockers; 6. Immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases.
