Interventions

Experimental group :On the basis of the routine care in the control group, a preoperative pre-rehabilitation exercise management program based on the Omaha system was implemented.
Control group :The research participants received routine care and preoperative routine exercise guidance upon admission.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Patients who meet the surgical indications in the "Guidelines for Diagnosis, Treatment and Management of Hip Fractures in the Elderly (2022 Edition)" and are scheduled for surgery; 3. Preoperative waiting time >= 4 days; 4. Patients with clear consciousness and effective communication ability; 5. Patients who can actively cooperate with preoperative rehabilitation training; 6. Patients who are informed of this study and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe underlying diseases that lead to surgical contraindications; 2. Patients with impaired functions of vital organs; 3. People with mental disorders or depression; 4. Currently participating in similar research; 5. Patients who are unable to continue or request to withdraw from the study for various reasons.
