Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent residents of Shenzhen; 2. Aged >=65 years; 3. No record of influenza vaccination between April 1, 2025, and January 4, 2026, according to the Shenzhen Immunization Program Information System.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Residents served by community health centers implementing other influenza vaccination interventions, specifically those within the service catchment areas of the 36 pilot community health centers where general practitioners are authorized to issue vaccine prescriptions; 2. Individuals with contraindications to influenza vaccination; 3. Individuals who cannot be contacted via telephone or short message service (e.g., incorrect numbers, suspended service, or unreachable lines); 4. Individuals who died during the study period.
