Experimental group:Virtual reality intervention is carried out on the basis of urolithiasis diagnosis and treatment guidelines.
Control group:Management according to urolithiasis diagnosis and treatment guidelines.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, the patient knows the condition; 2. Perform extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy for the first time according to the doctor's instructions; 3. Clear awareness and ability to understand the content of the questionnaire; 4.Good vision and hearing function; 5. Obtain the right to informed consent, and have good compliance, and voluntarily cooperate with this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with chronic pain,severe neurological diseases and other mental illnesses; 2. Patients who experience dizziness and discomfort while wearing virtual reality devices; 3. Use of sedative, analgesic, or anxiolytic medications within 24 hours prior to the examination.
