Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ROP group: Premature infants who meet the screening criteria specified in the "Chinese Guidelines for Screening Retinopathy of Premature Infants" (2014) and the "Guidelines for Oxygen Therapy and Prevention of Retinopathy in Premature Infants" were diagnosed with ROP through fundus examination at Xiangya Hospital. 2. Non ROP group: According to the "Chinese Guidelines for Screening Retinopathy of Premature Infants" (2014) and the "Guidelines for Oxygen Therapy and Prevention of Retinopathy in Premature Infants", no ROP or other retinal diseases were found during fundus examination, and no ROP occurred during subsequent follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete clinical data; 2. There are eye lesions that affect screening, such as congenital cataracts, glaucoma, intraocular tumors, extensive retinal hemorrhage, familial exudative vitreoretinopathy, and congenital corneal opacities.
