Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for the uremia hemodialysis patient group:(1) Age range:18-85 years old,(2)Diagnosed with CKD stage5(uremia),undergoing maintenance hemodialysis for =3 months,(3)Sign the informed consent. 2.Inclusion criteria for the non-hemodialysis control group:(1)Age range: 18-85 years old.(2) Upon physical examination, no significant chronic diseases (such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, etc.) were confirmed, (3) there was no history of acute infection within the past three months, (4) there was no history of long-term medication use, and (5) informed consent was signed;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for the haemodialysis group with uraemia: active infection, malignancy, or severe hepatic impairment. 2. Exclusion criteria for the non-haemodialysis control group: (1) Significant history of chronic or acute disease (2) Occupational exposure to high levels of microplastics (e.g., plastic manufacturing workers) (3) Recent participation in other clinical studies;
