Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 10–18 years, males and females eligible; 2.Diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis by standing full-spine anteroposterior and lateral radiographs, with a major curve Cobb angle of 10°–40°; 3.Skeletal maturity Risser grade 0–3; 4.No history of orthotic treatment, surgery, or systematic rehabilitation training within the past 6 months; 5.Able to walk independently and use a smartphone, and willing to comply with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Congenital or neuromuscular spinal deformity; 2.Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary, neurological diseases or mental disorders; 3.Pregnancy or lactation period; 4.Participation in intensive posture training in the past 3 months; 5.Inability to ensure compliance or complete follow-up.
