Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets diagnostic criteria for preterm birth (28–36+6 weeks), admitted to NICU, hospital stay >= 7 days; 2. Mother aged >= 20 years, father aged >= 22 years; 3. Parents hold college diploma or higher qualification; 4. Mother willing to breastfeed and without contraindications (e.g., HIV infection); 5. The father is proficient in using WeChat and has not previously engaged with online antenatal education platform accounts; 6. The father and mother reside in the same city and spend the majority of their time together outside working hours (daily cohabitation exceeding 8 hours); 7. The guardian has signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preterm infants with a history of major surgery; 2.Those who discontinued treatment or were discharged unplanned during hospitalization.
