Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Has a child diagnosed with retinoblastoma (RB) who is under 12 years of age, with a diagnosis made within the past year, and who is currently undergoing chemotherapy. 2. Is aged 18 to 60 years inclusive, resides with the child, and serves as the child’s primary caregiver. 3. Is conscious, possesses adequate reading, comprehension, and expressive abilities, and is able to independently complete questionnaires and participate in the study. 4. Owns a smartphone and is able to communicate normally via WeChat.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of major family bereavement or acute psychological trauma within the past six months; 2.History of psychiatric illness, depression, or severe cognitive impairment; 3. Concurrent malignancy or chronic systemic disease in the paediatric patient; 4.Discontinuation of treatment or death during the study period.
