Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complies with the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes established by the WHO in 1999; 2. Within one year of being diagnosed with diabetes; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Conscious and clear-headed, able to communicate with researchers verbally or in writing. 5. Informed consent is obtained, and participation in this study is voluntary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are pregnant or lactating. 2.Suffering from clearly diagnosed severe mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mental disorders due to epilepsy, paranoid psychosis, mental retardation with associated mental disorders, etc.
