Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with polyvascular atherosclerotic disease according to the Chinese Expert Consensus on Antithrombotic Therapy for Polyvascular Disease (2024 edition), with involvement of multiple vascular beds confirmed by imaging or clinical evidence. 2.Completion of carotid ultrasonography, coronary CTA, and cranial MRA after admission, with all imaging data required to be complete and available for analysis. 3.Completion of cognitive assessments (MMSE and MoCA) after admission, administered by research personnel who received standardized training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete clinical records or follow-up data. 2.Presence of advanced or end-stage malignant tumors. 3.Coexisting severe infectious diseases. 4.Severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidneys, or respiratory system, which may impair cognitive function or make the examinations intolerable. 5.Long-term use of psychotropic medications or corticosteroids. 6.History of psychiatric disorders, such as depression, anxiety, mania, or delusional disorders. 7.Presence of sensory or motor aphasia, visual or hearing impairment, or inability to cooperate with neuropsychological assessments.
