Preventive compression group:Preventive abdominal compression
Timely pressure group:During the operation, abdominal compression should be performed at appropriate times. If there is no need for compression, then no pressure should be applied.
Non-inferiority group:During the entire process of colonoscopy insertion, pressing is not performed, regardless of whether there is a delay.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 16 years old. 2. Has not participated in any other clinical studies or trials related to colonoscopy. 3. Has a certain level of cognitive ability and can cooperate smoothly in completing this research project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart or lung diseases who cannot tolerate colonoscopy procedures. 2. Intestinal stenosis or obstruction caused by various reasons. 3. Coagulation dysfunction. 4. Suspected intestinal perforation, toxic megacolon or severe mental disorders that make patients unable to cooperate. 5. Other situations where colonoscopy examination poses high risks or are not suitable for participation in this study.
