Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From January 2020 to July 2025, patients aged 18-70 years old, with ASA classification of I-III, who are scheduled to undergo elective thoracic surgery under general anesthesia and require insertion of double-lumen bronchial tubes for single-lung ventilation, will be admitted to Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification level IV or above; 2. Abnormal coagulation parameters; 3. Patients with head and neck deformities, oral and maxillofacial deformities, severe maxillofacial trauma or cervical spondylosis during physical examination; 4. Patients with a previous history of central nervous system diseases or mental disorders; 5. Patients with unclear or unavailable chest CT images; patients with missing information such as age, gender, height, and weight; 6. Patients with difficulty in double-lumen tube insertion or failed insertion.
