Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign an informed consent form; 2. Be a local resident (leave Xiangyang for less than 3 months per year and do not plan to move away in the next 2 years); 3. Be able to attend regular follow-up appointments at our hospital; 4. Have a mother and spouse who are both free of mental illness and have normal understanding and expression abilities.
