Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cancer patients scheduled for chemotherapy who have undergone ultrasound-guided PICC placement; 2. Able to maintain the catheter regularly at the selected center; 3. Age between 18 and 75 years; 4. No time or place disorientation; 5. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has clear evidence of infection before catheter placement; 2. The patient has obvious skin damage or local skin disease at the catheter placement site; 3. The patient has significant coagulation dysfunction (coagulation dysfunction includes the following ranges: platelets <100x10^9, prothrombin time <10.4s, activated partial thromboplastin time <22.7s, fibrinogen <1.8/L, thrombin time <14s); 4. The patient is allergic to alcohol, povidone-iodine, or chlorhexidine; 5. The patient is currently using medications that may affect skin reactions (such as corticosteroids); 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
