Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for OSAHS (PSG monitoring AHI >= 5 times/hour); 3. ASA grade II-III; 4. Planned surgery under general anesthesia (ENT, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C or eGFR <30 ml/min/1.73m^2); 3. History of cerebrovascular disease or severe cognitive impairment; 4. Skull defects affecting rSO2 monitoring; 5. History of heart disease or severe lung disease; 6. Pregnant women.
