18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute pulmonary embolism who are diagnosed for the first time and meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 Diagnosis, Treatment, and Prevention Guidelines for Pulmonary Thromboembolism, and whose V/Q SPECT diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2019 EANM Guidelines; 2.Complete clinical data, complete V/Q SPECT/CT imaging, and imaging image data. 3.Age > 18 years and < 90 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Disagree to participate in this study; 2.Unable to cooperate for various reasons, did not complete follow-up, and clinical data is incomplete; 3.Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe pneumonia, and left heart failure. 4.Poor quality of pulmonary perfusion images; 5.Received anticoagulant therapy for other reasons;
