Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There are complete data on the concentrations of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and free thyroxine (FT4) in pregnant women during the early or middle stages of pregnancy, as well as the brain structure data of the newborns.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who had a history of hypertension and diabetes before pregnancy; those with impaired liver, kidney or heart function; those with mental disorders; those whose data is incomplete; those in the recovery period of destructive thyroiditis; and those with central hypothyroidism accompanied by elevated inactive TSH.
