Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the case group: 1. Clarify the history of paraquat poisoning (oral dose > 10 ml or positive paraquat test in blood/urine); 2. Hospitalization within 24 hours after poisoning; 3. Age: 18 to 65. Control group Healthy examinees with age and gender matching

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with chronic lung diseases, malignant tumors, and immune system diseases; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction already existed before poisoning.
