Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants must be at least 18 years of age. 2.During the study, participants underwent standard polysomnography (PSG) or portable sleep breathing monitoring. 3.Complete and verifiable electronic medical records (including demographic information, PSG reports, outpatient and inpatient records).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe deficiencies in medical records?; 2.Patients with pre-existing vertigo disorders unrelated to OSA (e.g., post-traumatic vertigo, history of ototoxic medications) were admitted.; 3.Those with severe mental illness who cannot cooperate with the assessment. 4.Those with severe mental illness who cannot cooperate with the assessment.
