Interventions

Experimental Group 1 (DT Group):Intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine combined with thoracic paravertebral nerve block
Experimental Group 2 (DI Group):Intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine combined with intercostal nerve block
Control group 1 (PT group):Intravenous infusion of placebo (0.9% normal saline) + thoracic paravertebral nerve block
Control group 2(PI group):Intravenous infusion of placebo (0.9% normal saline) + intercostal nerve block

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for radical lung cancer surgery; 2. The anesthesia method used was general anesthesia. 3. The operation lasted for more than one hour. 4. Age range: 18 - 80 years old; 5. ASA classification grades I - III; 6. Voluntary signing of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who received radiotherapy or chemotherapy during the perioperative period; 2. Previous history of chest surgery; 3. Allergic reactions to the drugs used in this study; 4. Alcohol abuse, long-term use of opioid drugs or other painkillers; 5. History of opioid and analgesic drug use 3 months prior to the surgery; 6. Patients who had chronic pain before the operation; 7. BMI >=35kg/m^2; 8. Those with severe diseases of the heart and blood vessels; 9. Those with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 10. Those with combined neurological disorders; 11. Those with combined mental disorders; 12. Those who have changed their surgical methods; 13. Those who were transferred to the intensive care unit after the surgery; 14. Emergency operation.
