20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All included were full-term singleton pregnancies; 2. ASA classification is I-II level; 3. No history of drug allergies; 4. Pregnant women aged 20-45 years old; 5. All underwent cesarean section surgery; 6. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious systemic diseases; 2. Pregnancy diabetes, hypertension; 3. There are contraindications for the use of drugs used in the experiment; 4. Individuals with mental illness, communication barriers, or mental disorders; 5. Allergies to opioids, sedatives, hypnotics, or psychotropic drugs, or a history of abuse of such drugs; 6. Preoperative heart rate<50 beats/min or pre anesthesia systolic blood pressure<100 mm Hg.
