Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Simultaneously undergo mNGS testing and traditional etiological testing; 3. Have test results for other pathogens, including but not limited to fungal cultures, acid-resistant staining and PCR tests for Pneumocystis jirovecii, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and cytomegalovirus. 4. Clinically diagnosed IPA
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete clinical data; 2. CMTs and mNGS tests were not conducted simultaneously; 3. Under the age of 18;
