Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged between 18-45 years old, with diagnosis of insomnia disorder (according to DSM-V criteria of insomnia disorder); 2. Written informed consent of participation into the study is given by adults; 3. Being able to comply with the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. An adult who is not able to provide consent; 2. With clinically diagnosed sleep disorders other than insomnia disorder, such as circadian rhythm disorder, moderate to severe sleep apnea, or currently receiving treatment for sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome; 3. With clinically diagnosed severe mental health problems such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, or with significant risk of suicidality; 4. Shift work
