Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >= 65 years with a BMI of 18-38 kg/m^2; 2. Patients classified as ASA I-III; 3.Patients undergoing elective unilateral hip surgery; 4. Patients who voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of dependence on antidepressants, analgesics, or sedatives, or those who have used painkillers for over three months; 2. Those with contraindications to nerve blocks, such as allergy to local anaesthetics, local infection, coagulation disorders, or anatomical abnormalities; 3. Tumours located near the puncture site; 4. Patients who have undergone radiotherapy or chemotherapy prior to the procedure; 5. Patients unable to accurately comprehend pain assessment scales; 6. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease, hepatic or renal insufficiency, or neuropsychiatric disorders rendering them non-cooperative; 7. Patients with a history of central and/or peripheral nervous system disorders; 8. Patients classified as ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status IV or higher; 9. Patients refusing to sign the informed consent form.
