65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18 - 30 kg/m^2; 2. Age 65 - 85 years old; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II or III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to propofol or other anesthetic drug components; 2. Poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (resting blood pressure > 180/100 mmHg); 3. Having neurological or mental disorders that make cooperation impossible; 4. Accompanied by severe infection or severe functional abnormalities of important target organs; 5. Long-term use of analgesic and sedative drugs; 6. Expected difficult airway.
