Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 The diagnosis of depression is in line with the "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th Edition)". 2 Age >= 60 years old; 3 Imaging examinations showed no brain atrophy, cerebral ischemia or intracranial space-occupying lesions. 4 Normal audio-visual function, capable of cooperating with the checklist examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Previous history of craniocerebral trauma or surgery; 2 History of drug abuse; 3 Cognitive impairment caused by infectious diseases such as syphilis; 4 Combined with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; 5 Before the onset of depression, cognitive impairment or mental retardation has been clearly identified. 6 No informed consent was obtained.
