Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years, gender-neutral. 2. Patients with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke confirmed by CT or MRI imaging. 3. Stable vital signs and clear consciousness, able to undergo routine physical fitness assessments conducted by rehabilitation medicine professionals. 4. The participant or legal guardian is informed of the study purpose and agrees that the assessment data may be used for research analysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe systemic diseases—such as heart failure classified as NYHA III–IV, severe pulmonary/hepatic/renal failure, acute infections, or metabolic disorders—that make the participant unable to undergo any form of routine physical fitness assessment. 2. Severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders that prevent adequate understanding of or cooperation with the assessment. 3. Conditions posing safety risks during assessment, such as orthostatic hypotension, lower-extremity deep vein thrombosis, severe fractures, or postoperative recovery within less than 3 months, in which the assessor determines that physical fitness assessment is inappropriate. 4. Participant or legal guardian explicitly declines to allow the use of routine assessment data for research analysis.
