Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a spherical refraction between -0.50 D and -10.00 D and a cylindrical refraction of >= -5.00 D were included. 2. Soft contact lenses were discontinued for at least one week, rigid gas-permeable lenses for at least one month, and orthokeratology lenses for at least three months prior to examination. 3. A change in spherical equivalent refraction of <= +/-0.50 D within the two years prior to surgery was required for inclusion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with coexisting corneal diseases, including keratoconus or suspected keratoconus. 2.Patients with irregular astigmatism. 3.Patients with posterior segment diseases or a history of corneal or intraocular surgery. 4.Patients with systemic diseases that may affect corneal wound healing.
