Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18 - 65 years old . 2.BMI18-25kg/m^2. 3. ASA classification I-II. 4. Adult patients scheduled for elective LC. 5. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Communication and interaction barriers. 2. Elevated intraocular pressure or intracranial pressure. 3. Dysfunction of important organs. 4. Conversion to open abdominal surgery. 5. Long-term use of opioid drugs. 6. Ketamine allergy.
