18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Developed upper limb lymphedema following breast cancer-related treatment, with limb circumference exceeding 2 cm compared to the contralateral side; 2. Age between 18 and 75 years; 3. Lymphedema stage I–II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment; 2. Bilateral lymphedema; 3. Patients currently undergoing radiotherapy; 4. Patients with uncontrolled tumor; 5. Patients with contraindications to comprehensive decongestive therapy, such as congestive heart failure.
