Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All the children in the test are over 3 years old (from the date of investigation, 3 years old = 4 years old). 2.Children who are willing to cooperate with the examination during the research; 3.Can continue to participate in the research within two years; 4.Children's guardians have informed consent and are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from serious systemic diseases; 2.Allergic to fluoride or have a history of asthma; 3.Unable to cooperate with investigators;
