Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Late preterm infants 2. First thyroid function test performed between 5 and 21 days after birth 3. Cases of hyperthyrotropinemia (HT) with elevated TSH concentration and FT4 within the normal range. 4. Subsequent regular treatment and follow-up of thyroid function and growth development 5. Complete clinical data of both newborns and mothers available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Newborns with congenital genetic metabolic diseases, positive thyroid-related antibodies, birth defects, multi-organ dysfunction, or chromosomal abnormalities; 2. Mothers with neoplastic diseases, major organ dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, or long-term use of immunosuppressive or glucocorticoid medications; 3. Infants who did not undergo scheduled follow-ups or with incomplete clinical data.
