Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Previously pathologically confirmed lung cancer (both non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer can be included); 3.At the same time, it was concurrently diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and there was a record of standardized hypoglycemic treatment during or before tumor treatment; 4.Have received at least one targeted therapy (such as EGFR-TKI, ALK-TKI, etc.) or immunotherapy (ICI) for at least two cycles, and have complete treatment/follow-up data (with at least one efficacy evaluation); 5.Sufficient clinical data can be used to evaluate hypoglycemic regimens, tumor treatment regimens, and therapeutic outcomes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The hypoglycemic treatment plan is not clear, the treatment records are incomplete or there is a lack of follow-up data; 2.Previously participated in interventional clinical trials and the treatment plan was significantly different from the conventional treatment; 3.Before tumor treatment, the patient's blood glucose or hypoglycemic treatment was severely unstable or fluctuated frequently, making it difficult to define the "exposure" period.
