Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=65 years old; 2. ASA classification I to III; 3. Plan to conduct elective diagnostic painless gastroscopy; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Respiratory rate less than 10 times per minute or greater than 24 times per minute; 2. Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) 100 beats per minute, or atrioventricular block; 5. Severe insufficiency of heart, lung, liver and kidney functions (LVEF<40%, COPD GOLD grade ?-?, Child-Pugh grade C); 6. Allergic to the research drugs.
