Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral ankle fracture was diagnosed by X-ray, MRI, CT or other imaging examinations. 2. Age >=18 years old. 3. Fresh fracture, fracture to admission time <=24 hours. 4. Open reduction and internal fixation were planned. 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open fracture, severe soft tissue injury, lower limb nerve injury, suspected pathological fracture. 2. Patients with other site fractures or trauma. 3. Patients with arrhythmia or implanted pacemakers. 4. Patients with local skin abnormalities at treating acupoints. 5. Patients with lower limb edema caused by other medical diseases affecting clinical observation. 6. Pregnant and lactating women.
