Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The selected fourth-grade elementary school students, who are in good physical health and have obtained consent from themselves or their parents and the school, are eligible to participate in this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elementary school students surveyed who have lactose intolerance or dairy product allergies; congenital diseases and deformities, acute infectious diseases.
