Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. OSAHS patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypoventilation Syndrome (Revised in 2011)" and have undergone surgical intervention; 2. Aged >=18 and <=65, with clear consciousness; 3. Patients who voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Among OSAHS patients undergoing surgical treatment, those who have not undergone palatopharyngeal reconstruction or tonsillectomy; 2. Patients with mental disorders or loss of self-care and communication abilities due to brain organic diseases and physical illnesses.
