Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years, any gender, permanent residents of the community; 2. Conscious, able to communicate basically, and able to cooperate with examinations and follow-ups; 3. Health status: professionally assessed and diagnosed with frailty/prefrailty or sarcopenia/presarcopenia; 4. Good compliance, complete clinical data, voluntarily participating and signing the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, musculoskeletal disorders, or other conditions that may affect physical function assessment and training; 2. Having cognitive impairment or mental illness that prevents cooperation with the study; 3. Having recently undergone other exercise, surgical, or medication interventions; 4. Unable to walk, bedridden for long-term rest, or having contraindications to exercise interventions.
