Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I-IV; 4. Has provided signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other major comorbidities: severe infection (e.g., sepsis) or terminal malignancy (life expectancy < 1 year); myocardial infarction, stroke, or major trauma occurring within 3 months prior to surgery. 2. History of mental illness or long-term use of psychiatric medications. 3. Emergency surgery.
