Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Complete OCT and BCVA examinations at preoperative and postoperative visits; 2.Postoperative follow-up >=3 months with confirmed anatomic reattachment; 3.Absence of significant comorbid cataracts or epiretinal membranes (ERM); 4.Macula-off retinal detachment;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases with specific retinal pathologies like traumatic retinal detachment, recurrent retinal detachment, or proliferative vitreoretinopathy; 2.Coexisting fundus diseases like diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), or other retinal disorders; 3.Severe systemic diseases like chronic renal failure, diabetic ketoacidosis; 4.Prior retinal interventions including history of retinal surgery or treatment within 12 months prior to current surgery; 5.Patients with ungradable OCT images;
