Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>= 18 years old and 4 mmol/L; (3) Ventilation assisted ventilation through orotracheal intubation and ventilator; (4) AOP>=5 cmH2O
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy or lactation; (2) Refusal to sign the informed consent form for enrollment; (3) There are contraindications to passive leg lift test; (4) The use of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), or intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP); (5) Left ventricular outflow tract obstruction or aortic regurgitation; (6) Pneumothorax and large pleural effusion; (7) Intra-abdominal pressure= 16mmHg;
