Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1.Patients scheduled for elective thyroid surgery with intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM), regardless of gender; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I or II; 3.Body Mass Index (BMI) ranging from 20 to 30 kg/m^2; 4.Age between 18 and 75 years; 5.Voluntary participation and signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1.Patients with combined cardiac, pulmonary, or cerebral diseases; endocrine system diseases such as diabetes mellitus or pheochromocytoma; 2.History of abnormal recovery from previous surgery and anesthesia; 3.History of hypertension, impaired liver or kidney function, severe allergies, or history of convulsions; 4.History of neurological or psychiatric disorders, or long-term use of large doses of sedatives, antidepressants, or analgesics; 5.History of alcohol abuse or drug dependence; 6.Presence of communication barriers or other reasons that may hinder cooperation; 7.Patients with recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) injury or pre-existing vocal cord lesions;
