Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The date of birth range is from January 1, 1955 to December 31, 1975, which means the age at enrollment is 50-70 years old. 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus; 3. Permanent residents of Shenzhen City.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Situations where it is inappropriate to perform Cardiac Autonomic Reflex Tests (CARTs); 2. Abnormal MMSE or MocA-B outcome; 3. Severe hepatic and renal failure, history of hospitalization for ASCVD or heart failure within the past 3 months, history of malignant tumors that seriously affect life expectancy, other critical illnesses, severe mental illnesses, or physical disabilities. 4. Other reasons or researchers consider that they cannot participate in the study.
