40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-80; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification System Class I to III; 3. Body mass index BMI below 30 kg/m²; 4. The subjects agreed to participate and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction; 2. Neuromuscular or spinal diseases; 3. Sacrococcygeal local skin infection; 4. Allergens to amide local anesthetics; 5. Severe cardiovascular and respiratory diseases; 6. Severe liver or kidney failure; 7. Nervous system diseases; 8. Chronic pain syndrome; 9. Intraoperative transition to open surgery and inability to conduct outcome evaluation; 10. Bladder dysfunction, history of bladder or urethral surgery; 11. Patients using anticholinergic drugs; 12. Patients currently participating in other clinical trials; 13. Contraindications or allergies to the investigational drug and other anesthetics; 14. Researchers think other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
