Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years;2.Underwent thyroidectomy with lymph node dissection, with corresponding histopathologic confirmation;3.Underwent preoperative ultrasonography for evaluation of thyroid nodules.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of cervical trauma; 2.Prior therapy for papillary thyroid carcinoma before surgery; 3.Poor-quality preoperative ultrasound images; 4.Incomplete clinical or imaging data;
