Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients diagnosed with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University between September 2013 and April 2024, who met the HLH-2004 diagnostic criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) No family history of HLH and a negative test result for HLH-associated gene mutations (2) Presence of allergic history or contraindications to the drugs involved in this study (3) Organ damage due to long-term chronic diseases; extreme debilitation, unstable vital signs, and inability to tolerate high-dose chemotherapy (4) Presence of severe and/or uncontrolled comorbidities which, in the investigator's judgment, could pose an unacceptable safety risk or interfere with protocol compliance (5) Unstable mental state or history of severe psychiatric disorder (6) Other factors leading to ineligibility for participation in this study as determined by the research staff
