Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Data with complete exposure variables, outcome variables, and control variables; (2) Age >=18 years; (3) Complete and retrievable clinical records; (4) Informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary diabetes (e.g., Cushing's syndrome, post-pancreatectomy); (2) Concurrent malignancy, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, or autoimmune disease; (3) Recent use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants; (4) Pregnancy or lactation.
