Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Maternity: (1) Single full-term delivery; (2) 20-40 years old; (3) The subjects and guardians are able to understand the study and sign informed consent, as well as understand and fill out the questionnaire. Offspring: (1) Birth weight 2500-4000g; (2) Apgar>7 points; (3) Exclusive breastfeeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Twin or multiple pregnancies; (2) Those who are unwilling to cooperate and withdraw midway; (3) Mother's severe mental illness; (4) Mother and offspring suffering from digestive system diseases (such as Crohn's disease, chronic diarrhea, etc.); (5) Diseases that affect neurological development, such as neonatal asphyxia, intracranial hemorrhage, neonatal convulsions, and bilirubin encephalopathy.
